Practice Pending Admission Certification (C.R.C.P. 205.6)
An attorney licensed in another jurisdiction who has been actively practicing law for three of the past five years, and who has submitted an application for On Motion (C.R.C.P. 203.2), UBE Score Transfer (C.R.C.P. 203.3), or by Examination (C.R.C.P. 203.4), may be permitted to provide legal services in Colorado for no more than 365 days if certain conditions are met.

The Completed Application with supporting documents may be mailed to our office with payment or submitted electronically to attorney_registration@coloradosupremecourt.us.
If submitted electronically, an invoice for the filing fee will be emailed to you. The Application will not be processed until payment is received.
